Hello!  My name is Norma, and I have been a diabetic for 21 years now and still counting. 

When I became diabetic, there was not the access to diabetic information like there is today.  The internet has made it possible  for us to be well educated  and knowledgeable when it comes  to diabetes.

I hope the information posted  on this site will be of help and encouragement.  Diabetes is an incurable disease, and for some  it can be frustrating, and discouraging, but knowing how to manage it can  make a difference.  Remember there can be a very good  life ahead, with memorable times, if you learn to manage your diabetes.  I am proof, if you like, and I am still going strong.
